Design

DCA will help you optimize your product for the die casting process and overall lean manufacturing.  With a rapid, accurate tooling cycle from cad model through first article acceptance.  We offer the flexibility of off shore and on shore tooling construction.

Casting Production

We offer die casting production from 1 ounce to 10 pounds.  Die Cast of America can supply a wide range of casting capabilities for your next project. With 8 die casting machines, 6 axis robots and all necessary support equipment DCA has a solution to support your next die casting requirement.

CNC Machining

Utilizing 3 Brother cnc milling centers with 4th axis capability and cnc turning center we can support your exacting specifications.
